Terms & Conditions

Last updated · January 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Gratirad's teleradiology, PACS and speech-to-text reporting services, operated by Graticare.

1 · Acceptance

By accessing the platform or entering into a plan, you agree to these terms on behalf of your facility. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2 · The Services

We provide a cloud PACS for image acquisition, storage, interpretation and report delivery, optional subspecialty teleradiology reporting, and real-time speech-to-text dictation. Features and modalities supported may evolve over time.

3 · Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your accounts.
  • Access is role-based; you agree to provision users appropriately and revoke access when no longer required.
  • Plans include unlimited radiologists and carry no installation charges.

4 · Clinical Responsibility

Diagnostic reports represent the professional opinion of the interpreting radiologist. The referring physician retains responsibility for patient care decisions. The platform is a tool to support — not replace — clinical judgement.

5 · Billing & Commitments

  • Charges are per report or per patient, against a prepaid balance or agreed monthly commitment, as set out on the Pricing page.
  • Prepaid or average-bill amounts are paid in advance, with the balance due within 7 days of the next month.
  • Plans include 10 days of image storage; ₹1 applies for each additional 6 months. All amounts are GST-exclusive.

6 · Data & Compliance

We handle data in line with our Privacy Policy, HIPAA guidelines and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. You warrant that you have the necessary consents and authority to upload and process patient data through the platform.

7 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding billing period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8 · Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand having jurisdiction. Questions: sales@graticare.com.
